Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Perishable goods—such as fresh flowers, plants, food items, or floral arrangements—are not eligible for return. Additionally, for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate or personal care items, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable substances.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Refunds

- Same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund, as we begin preparing your flowers as soon as the order is received.
- For approved cancellations made with sufficient notice, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

2. Contact your credit card company—it may take a few days for the refund to post.
3. Contact your bank—processing times vary depending on financial institutions.
